**What do you like best about SurveyFactory?**

The pricing is very acceptable at SurveyFactory what i have compared to other competitor company's 

**What do you dislike about SurveyFactory?**

I really, really don't like the design and interface of the website. It's one of the biggest reasons i used it only once and never got back

**What problems is SurveyFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making questionnaires for music producers to do a little personal research of my company

**What do you like best about SurveyFactory?**

There is nothing much I can say about its good side.
The software have a feature of question library and there are survey URLs which are a bit helpful.

**What do you dislike about SurveyFactory?**

There is alot to dislike about the software. It is very expensive in accordance to the features it contains. The layout is very unattractive. Overall, the software is not worth buying. 

**What problems is SurveyFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it to interact with the customers and know there opinions about comapny. 
There opinions further helps me to think of the future projects of the company.
