It is very initiative and easy to use software. It is easy to implement on large scale as compared to other survey softwares. It helps us to get unbiased customer opinions in no time.

There is no offline support for data exchange. If it is added it becomes extremely helpful at the time of no connection.

**What problems is Survey Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use survey solutions to create user friendly rapid questionnaires that helps us to know our customers better. We take a survey after every booking to know in what ways we can make there experience better.
