All the details and visuals are available at once and I don't need to fidget around like in other CRMs. It's available to all the OS so that's great for implementing this in a team environment. **What do you dislike about Surefyre?** I could not find any integration in between my calendar or internet calling software, which was inconvenient. Except for that, all the issues were taken care of by the support team at Surefyre. **What problems is Surefyre solving and how is that benefiting you?** Logging in leads, making my database, and following up with them on appointments, calls, and sales pitches. It helps me be more productive and it's easier to work in everyday life. ### 2. All the details can be explored and optimized to our needs. It compares pretty well with its competitors, once you get into the system and find the hang of Surefyre it will get the job done from its end. **What do you dislike about Surefyre?** When you start, the details and encapsulations can confuse you and you can find it a bit overwhelming. This is only for the initial week or so though, you can get used to it. **What problems is Surefyre solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am adding and tracking new and older leads every day. I log the leads manually. I have been a lot more productive, the visuals are easy on the eye so it's not too straining. ### 3.
