To start from the beginning, it was very easy to get used to the interface. All the details and visuals are available at once and I don't need to fidget around like in other CRMs. It's available to all the OS so that's great for implementing this in a team environment. It shows all the possible information in an encapsulated manner which feels great as a user. All the details can be explored and optimized to our needs. What do you dislike about Surefyre? When you start, the details and encapsulations can confuse you and you can find it a bit overwhelming.
