SuperOps Pricing Overview

I like SuperOps becasue of there pricing they are far unlike other rmm soultions I have cam across.I am a small MSP with under 150 devices and I was looking for a software that will support my need but not hurt my pocket and they have did just that. SuperOps' does great as a PSA, especially in a sea of very expensive alternatives. We were able to quickly build out our individual contracts and integrate with Pax8 for tracking much of our billing automatically.

Customer support through ticketing is excellent, and Monica, the bundled AI bot seems more useful than most at assisting with ticket health, summary, etc.. This pairs nicely with a good Timesheet module that is more mature than most other solutions we'd tried.

Finally, support has always been quick to respond in the event of rare issues, and development requests are taken seriously. Each month usually comes with a significant increase in the feature list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our main downside was wanting access to some Runbook options that required more advanced licensing that was bundled in with their RMM tiers. As I understand it, they recently created a plan that wouldn't change pricing much, but advanced Runbooks are a helpful part of PSA operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
