I use Supermove to handle after hours and overflow phone calls, as well as to respond quickly to web leads and manage other lead nurturing activities. I like how it helps us by ensuring that prospective customers aren't left unanswered when we're busy. It's improving our conversion rate, which is great. I also appreciate how it enhances our customer experience and allows our team to be as effective as possible. Sharing some best practices from other, similar businesses would be helpful in optimizing our voice agent. Just knowing what works best, or how to accomplish the goals we're after beyond what we know the voice agent is capable of would be beneficial. It's just the typical conundrum of hindsight being 20-20; knowing what others have found successful/unsuccessful for accomplishing similar goals to ours could mellow out the learning curve.
