They are the best and very knowledgeable. We purchased the premium support from them because we didn't want them to go away after implementation. **What problems is Sunshine Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get faster response from them and the fact that they know how they set up our Kronos it's easier to have them adjust or fix an issue than going through Global Support. Sometimes I don't know how to explain it but Sunshine Systems since they were there from the beginning they know the issue before I finish explaining it. ### 2. Our success continues as we continue to implementation with our unique union groups. **What do you like best about Sunshine Systems?** The thorough detail oriented approach and the customization to our business. **What do you dislike about Sunshine Systems?** Once the implementation is live we have to transition to Kronos support. **Recommendations to others considering Sunshine Systems:** Only engage with consultants who are SMEs, I recommend Sunshine for TLM! **What problems is Sunshine Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sunshine Systems has helped us design, implement and maintain as simple a set up as possible (this is important) but as complex as it needs to be for a decentralized business. ### 3. He was honest and upfront with us about what to expect and helped us to dodge pitfalls that we might have encountered had we gone about it without assistance. **What do you dislike about Sunshine Systems?** No real issues to mention really.
