It powers organized events of every kind: fundraisers and galas, festivals and community events, 5Ks and endurance races, conferences, workshops, and association and corporate gatherings. Registration runs on fully branded pages — your photos, colors, and logo, with no marketplace pushing your attendees toward other events. Conditional forms show follow-up questions based on earlier answers. Audience-based pricing automates member and non-member rates, early-bird windows, and free staff registration. Add-ons sell merchandise, meals, sponsor packages, table purchases, and donation line items in one checkout. Attendees manage their own details through a self-service portal, and abandoned-cart visibility shows you who almost registered. Invite lists, campaign emails, and waitlists are built in. On event day, check-in runs in any browser on phones, tablets, or laptops, downloads the attendee list ahead of time so it keeps working without venue Wi-Fi, and supports QR scanning, kiosk self check-in, and re-entry tracking. The software was easy to use and had all the features we needed in order to capture appropriate information, send reminder emails, and manage attendee data easily. The landing page that we created was simple to setup and reflected our brand professionally. Keeping track of how our registration was performing was really easy with all the data provided on how much traffic our site was getting. I really love the abandoned cart feature as well. **What do you dislike about Sunfish Events?** Mostly I just wish Sunfish Events offered more of the event process. Being able to get all the registration information, and follow up with attendees was amazing. I would love to use them for more. **What problems is Sunfish Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sunfish Events solved our fragmented registration process by putting everything we need from branded landing pages and data tracking to automated reminder emails into one easy-to-use platform. The main benefit to us is peace of mind and time saved. We no longer have to worry about missing attendee data or losing potential registrants, thanks to their excellent abandoned cart feature.
