We’ve been working with them from the very beginning and it’s been amazing to watch how fast they’re growing and evolving. Thanks to their solution, our debt collection process has become much more efficient - payments come in faster, and we don’t have to worry about chasing them anymore. A huge plus is that payment reminders are sent automatically, so it’s one less thing off our minds. We stay in close contact with the Sunbay Team and whenever we have any doubts, they respond right away. Everything runs smoothly and we couldn’t be happier! **What do you dislike about sunbay.io?** Nothing to complain about - we all work together to keep improving the process even further. **What problems is sunbay.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main goal was to ensure that clients paid their invoices on time. Before working with Sunbay.io, this process was entirely manual, which was very time-consuming and quite monotonous. The Sunbay Team helped us streamline it so that reminders for upcoming and overdue payments are now sent automatically. This has significantly reduced the administrative workload, improved cash flow and allowed our team to focus on higher-value tasks instead of chasing payments. ### 2. We've struggled with recovery of receivables due to manual, slow and costly process. Sunbay automated the process with emails, SMS, credit notes, reminders and complete database. Sunbay is swiftly integrated in all our processes and systems. We use Sunbay product all the time. Sunbay is availble promptly to help and implement changes. Sunbay have delivered extraordinary value - high quaility process is currently running automatically saving us costs and improving liquidity. **What do you dislike about sunbay.io?** Product is still in development, so not everything was available from day 1. **What problems is sunbay.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recovery of receivables all-in-one automation including emails, credit notes, reminders, SMS, databases, integrations, invoicing. ### 3. They listen to feedback given to them and try their hardest to prepare a product that will meet the needs of the customer. Im very pleased with the level of their communication and their focus on making a product that will satisfy the end user. **What do you dislike about sunbay.io?** There was a single incident but it was quickly resolved :) **What problems is sunbay.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are responsible for creating and maintaining our modules responsible for Invoicing and Collection.
