I have been working with CRMs for large and small businesses for 15 years. SuiteDash is at the bottom of the barrel. SuiteDash promotes itself as being extremely customizable to your needs. I found this to be extremely inaccurate. Once you get through the labyrinth of understanding how it works, you start to uncover that the software is slow, clunky, not user-friendly, and a step back from most other solutions. If you want to use SD to communicate with your clients, save your time and money. It is borderline embarrassing to have your customers interface with the client portal. My clients have reported it being confusing, not user-friendly, and overall it just looked old and dated. The only relatively effective use case for SD is to manage tasks. However, you can do that much more effectively in any number of programs for free. There are much better solutions on the market. Please don't do what I did and spend a year trying to force SD to do anything productive. It has cost me time, money, and most importantly, led to displeased customers and employees. It does take a while to set up and has a bit of a learning curve to it. Once you get it set up, it's awesome. But, it would be nice if you had the option to choose to either start from a blank slate or for a templates setup according to your industry.
