# 2 companies

how can i use one account for more than one company

It wouldn't be intended for two companies to use one account.  You can get two accounts.  I have one for my company and one account for my non-profit.  Also, if you're wanting for your clients to have access to their own portal, you can apply as a reseller, if you already use it.

If your companies will be under one logo - you can use the prospect section for 1 business and the client section for the other .. Example : i use prospect section for my notary clients and the client section for my tax clients
