There are some minor limitations and annoyances. For instance when you open a document in an application then close the document, you are placed back at the top of the application instead of maintaining the spot your were in the application ... it's annoying to have to scroll back down each time. It can be tough sometimes if you have multiple projects going... because you can't assign reviewers access to only one project. Your reviewers can see all of the projects and all of the data, which isn't great if you're contracting out reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
