Sublime media made us realize the digital learning solution and they provided us a complete package of transforming our training solutions.

**What do you like best about Sublime Media?**

They are very responsive, the material they provide is more visually appealing and interactive. Their customer support is also very accommodating and solved the differences within SLA.

**What do you dislike about Sublime Media?**

They won't be available round the clock which resulted in delayed communications.

**What problems is Sublime Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sublime media has helped us immensely in designing custom training solutions which resulted in a greater output in terms of performance.

**What do you like best about Sublime Media?**

I liked their no nonsense attitude. We had a clear vision and they reflected that vision in their work. 

**What do you dislike about Sublime Media?**

It was hard to work with them because of the time difference. They didn't adapt to our time zone like I would have hoped. Not really a big deal. 

**Recommendations to others considering Sublime Media:**

defintely give them a chance- they can step up to the challenge. 

**What problems is Sublime Media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not so much a problem- but needed a cost effective way to train my employees on how to use our new scanner.
