**What do you like best about Studio Ninja?**

I would really like the staff how friendly everyone was and how easy it was for me to be able to get help when I need it any help. Everything about the product was great I love enable to write out my invoices and keep everything on track so I knew exactly what project I'm working on at what stage I am working on those projects who hasn't hasn't paid what needs to be completed next and who is on my schedule these are just amazing things in very good for a client relation companies

**What do you dislike about Studio Ninja?**

This could just be me or maybe I just didn't do enough research in the product when I was working with it but I just wish that I had a more direct way of receiving payments same issue with HoneyBook even though they allow us to receive payments on HoneyBook they charge quite a lot but stufio ninha made us use a third party for payments.

**What problems is Studio Ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving a pretty big issue with small companies not being able to keep up with their clients knowing where they are at in their process as well as getting paid on time and remembering to send reminders for payments
