Stride Events has made a huge impact on our ticketing process. Moving from pen-and-paper check-ins to mobile QR scanning streamlined entry and allowed us to keep ticket sales open longer. The platform also offers strong growth tools that have helped increase attendance year over year. Beyond operations, Stride’s built-in growth tools have supported our ability to grow events. I also find ongoing support from our account manager, Christian, incredibly valuable in helping us maximize the platform. I really appreciate Stride Events for their personalized customer support. They have been so helpful in setting up web pages for each of our events, which we can use in our social media posts to guide our association members to the site for purchasing tickets. Stride events allowed me to offload meanial tasks of event organization like ticketing, sales page, and collecting sales tax allowing me back my time to creativly attend to my event. The customer support was seamless and allowed me to think of Stride Events as a team member rather than just a software, making it effortless to integrate even though I had already begun selling tickets before switching to Stride.
