I also find ongoing support from our account manager, Christian, incredibly valuable in helping us maximize the platform. The initial setup was easy because Serena and Christian walked us through everything on a video conference. **What do you dislike about Stride Events?** There aren’t any major drawbacks we’ve encountered. They have been so helpful in setting up web pages for each of our events, which we can use in our social media posts to guide our association members to the site for purchasing tickets. The customer support was seamless and allowed me to think of Stride Events as a team member rather than just a software, making it effortless to integrate even though I had already begun selling tickets before switching to Stride. So far I have just used it for one event, but I will absolutely plan to use Stride again. **What do you dislike about Stride Events?** The downsides potentially are higher fees for processing the payments than other places. However, the option to apply these fees to the customer and not the host was very helpful. **What problems is Stride Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping customers, sponsors, and vendors organized could have been an enormous spreadsheet headache.
