"You need Streak for sales CRM if you're using google suite!!"

What do you like best about Streak?

Seamless interface right inside your gmail with the CRM tools. When a customer emails you, you automatically see everything about that account from your email. Your teammates can see all interactions as well. It's totally customizable and very easy to create your own tools specific to what you want to know and track about customers and the sales process / cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Streak?

I love the desktop features and need to spend more time in the iOS for iPhone because I haven't used it much and there must be some synch tools I'm missing out on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?

We stopped printing documents when we started using streak, and everyone was comfortable changing the SOPs because of the transparency and easy interface in streak. We use streak across departments, so it's benefiting cross departmental communication. It greatly helps us incorporate remote working into our daily operations, for any team member to be wherever they need to be and still tap into all of our sales and orders/customer platforms. What do you like best about Streak?

Having a CRM implemented into my main communication funnel has been crucial in how smooth & organize I am with my contacts. I have yet to have a project go untouched or a client to be followed up with. I love how intuitive it is with the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streak?

- Seamless integration with Gmail. Doesn't feel like I'm using anything other than Gmail

- Easy to understand user interface, intuitive design that flows with Gmail's design

What do you dislike about Streak?

- No option to send bulk emails to a set of users (some in 'to' and some in 'cc')

- Cannot edit a mail merge after creating it. I make some edits and save it, but it does not get saved. It should not even allow me to edit it if it is not going to change it.

Recommendations to others considering Streak:

Try out their trial or free version if you're in doubt! Their support is nice. Even if you're considering buying a small subscription, the support team still gives you importance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Streak solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Sending emails to users to get feedback from them on email.

- Sending emails to some users to schedule calls with them to get feedback.

- Sending emails to users to inform them about changes in the app, new feature releases, etc.

What do you like best about Streak?

It's a good CRM if it works properly and I've had good customer support from their team when things come up. It sits right in my Gmail so I can my contacts without leaving my inbox, which is super nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been times when I've had issues with the platform and their support team wasn't responsive or didn't know how to fix the problem. I imagine they've improved this a bit and overall the CRM does as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Streak?

I like the pipelines to organize my emails, scheduling emails and reminders to follow up. I also use view and link tracking if an email is urgent. But what I use the most are snippets and the shortcode to the snippets. That saves a TON of time and allows me to send emails that look personalized but take much less time. What do you like best about Streak?

We love that it integrates with Gmail, so no need to use a different app for this. It is fully customizable and it keeps your projects updated. What do you dislike about Streak?

Streak comes with a feature that Gmail does not natively do, which is "Read Notifications". This is a good thing. The bad thing is that for that, sometimes (and only sometimes depending on the receiver) my sent email is reported as SPAM...which never happened before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
