**What do you like best about Stramik?**

I really like Stramik for live visitor monitoring and the ability to push sales via proactive banners. It's helpful to know if website users are actually locals, especially since we're a brick and mortar gym with one location. It's nice to know if someone is local so we can put more effort into that lead. The setup wasn't hard, even though it's a new type of system for us.

**What do you dislike about Stramik?**

Having an Android app instead of just an iOS app would be beneficial for some of our front desk employees that don't have iPhones.

**What problems is Stramik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stramik speeds up customer response time with chat, making clients more likely to reach out. It allows live visitor monitoring to identify local leads, enhancing our sales efforts.
