What I like best about Stiira is the automated leave tracking/simple case management workflows and the overall intuitive user experience. It has saved me so much time and mental energy, and I no longer think of leaves as daunting, time consuming tasks with complex processes I have trouble recalling. As a third-party administrator solution to manage FMLA, ADA, California-specific, and other leave types for our clients, Stiira simplifies the complexities and time-consuming administration for all case management needs by: tracking and navigating federal and state leave policies, providing self-service options for employees to submit their leave details (including certifications), making email and notice templates already available in the system, and maintaining all leave details in one simple place.
