**What do you like best about StayWell?**

Staywell is an all-inclusive wellness program that promotes and guides you through physical and mental wellness.

**What do you dislike about StayWell?**

It is sometimes tedious to navigate but don't give up - take your time and find your way!

**Recommendations to others considering StayWell:**

Follow the program daily and consider all recommendations.

**What problems is StayWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staywell will keep you motivated and has you logging in, and gets you excited every day! You see your immediate changes and growth.

that they have self-assessment questionnaires and give me a score

**What do you dislike about StayWell?**

maybe that it presents to me a little too much information

**Recommendations to others considering StayWell:**

I like that they link their online service to offline service (on-site health assessment). I think staywell will be avery useful tool for institutions/employers who want their employees to be healthy. 

**What problems is StayWell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am just a user/employee, but I feel good that my employer and the state  cares about my wellbeing by letting me use this app

StayWell helps keep track of how much progress you've made towards achieving a discount on next year's employer provided insurance. 

**What do you like best about StayWell?**

I like the tracking system and easily knowing how many points I've earned toward my goal. It is a pretty easy site to navigate.

**What do you dislike about StayWell?**

There can be delays in points showing up or finding my way back into a program I was in previously. 

**Recommendations to others considering StayWell:**

I do not have any other recommendations.
