Currently the booking platforms block the word "google" so you can no longer send Google Docs. Not only that it is significantly easier for them to find the information they need. I rarely get the questions that happen during the middle of a stay because guests can find what they need. I send it to every guest and I set it up in about 15 minutes. **What do you dislike about Stay Pilot Short Term Rental Software?** I think maybe some integrations with AIrbnb and VRBO could be possible, but no other digital guidebook app has that and I'm not sure what it would be used for. **What problems is Stay Pilot Short Term Rental Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a much simpler way to get all the information to my guests.
