StatusDashboard is a robust collaborative platform where we can update stakeholders with real-time updates.
Each status dashboard is fully-customizable & we can specify our application run-time status, impacted services, maintenance schedule and performance evaluations.
Through administrative portal, we can effectively track all activitiy logs & we can utilize different content modules to highlight upcoming & ongoing maintenance activities.
Its documentation is also well-structured for providing easy onboarding with its services and integration with our web applications for periodic evaluations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its User Interface is one area which would need enhancements. Its relatively outdated when compared with other real-time communication platform.
Improving the UI will allow associates & stakeholders to have ease of implementation & seamless navigation interactions in StatusDashboard platform.
Rest of the services offered are helpful in conveying brief information to both internal teams and stakeholders.
