Strategic Advisement: We provide fractional talent and HR leadership that audits your People, Process, and Tools and then builds and runs the fix. For startups whose hiring engine is stuck, we deliver a clear diagnosis and roadmap, design the process, implement the tools, and direct the embedded team that executes the plan. Our growth tells the story. Between 2023 and 2025 we grew from 3 consultants, 7 startups, and 175 hires to 40 consultants, 116 startups, and 2,900 hires.
