The implementation was way behind schedule. The billing including multiple tiers of billing when we only dealt with one person (even for calls that only had one person on them!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kerr Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kerr has helped us to implement Intacct across our entire portfolio (Frontline Healthcare Partners is a healthcare oriented private equity firm). We utilized Kerr from the start of our iSage Inacct implementation efforts, including the: ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes of moving our new portcos (generally from Quickbooks); Setup; Training, and; Utilization steps of the implementation process. They have also been very helpful in evaluating and the implementing add-ons (Sage Intacct has a vast marketplace), updates and upgrades.

"Project Planning and Time Management"
