Asyma provides timely technical expertise, has helped us troubleshoot system issues, and guided us through Sage Intacct's functionality. This has assisted us in our financial processes to run smoothly and has minimized disruptions during critical periods such as month‑end and year‑end. Their team is very responsive and has also helped us streamline workflows and improve our understanding of Sage’s capabilities. As a result, we’re able to work more efficiently, reduce manual workarounds, and ensure our data remains accurate and reliable. Even for minor issues like finding where something had been posted, they were quick to reply with a response or a solution. Asyma project lead, was guiding us through all phases of the implementation and integration process with a very high level of experience, flexibility, great training, and patience, following up or answering millions of questions we had.

Asyma helped us going through the entire process while we continued our daily operation. Asyma team stepped up and even helped us with data codding, importing in order to have a fast, easy, overall a smooth transition.

What problems is Asyma Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

They provided the best solutions for migrating from SAGE 50. We mainly looked for a product similar to SAGE 50 to ensure our staff is less impacted and will quickly accommodate and understand the new system.

Secondly, we looked for a product that is compatible or integrates well with the property management system Rent manager.

Thirdly, we looked for a cost effective product with good benefits and minimum customization.

We also looked to more advanced features and improving the automation, such as bank feeds, automated journal entries, approval workflows, so on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Asyma Solutions:

I strongly recommend not implementing Sage intact without using a consultant. This will reduce implementation risk significantly. Asyma has the right people to help guide the implementation. With the current implementation I am doing, the company implemented Sage Intact about a year before I came into the organization. Because of the lack of training and understanding of Sage the company had a mess in their accounting. I contracted with Asyma to help me fix the issues the company was having and within 3 months we are able to get monthly reporting out on three companies with in 7 working days. I attribute much of this to Asyma and the consulting they did for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have implemented Sage Intact twice using Asyma Solutions as our consultant In both situations we were looking at bring better and more efficient control on payables and cash transactions.
