They provided the best solutions for migrating from SAGE 50. We mainly looked for a product similar to SAGE 50 to ensure our staff is less impacted and will quickly accommodate and understand the new system.

Secondly, we looked for a product that is compatible or integrates well with the property management system Rent manager.

Thirdly, we looked for a cost effective product with good benefits and minimum customization.

I strongly recommend not implementing Sage intact without using a consultant. This will reduce implementation risk significantly. Asyma has the right people to help guide the implementation. With the current implementation I am doing, the company implemented Sage Intact about a year before I came into the organization. Because of the lack of training and understanding of Sage the company had a mess in their accounting. I contracted with Asyma to help me fix the issues the company was having and within 3 months we are able to get monthly reporting out on three companies with in 7 working days.
