My responses never go unanswered, and often I'm getting my solutions within minutes. **What do you dislike about Alliance Solutions Group?** I'd be hard pressed to find anything I dislike. There was one situation where two parts of a software we were sold were revealed to be incompatible with one another, which was unfortunate, but they did everything they could to break down why in exact detail and solve the problem for us. The only complaint in that situation is that it was avoidable. **Recommendations to others considering Alliance Solutions Group:** Definitely hyper-communicate! Remember that they are miles away, and the help you get is sometimes reliant on your information. **What problems is Alliance Solutions Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tori with ASG is indispensable when it comes to helping me navigate how to set up our Sage SCM system. Every time I need a template in order to CSV upload information, every time a setting is preventing me from doing what I want, she is right there with the perfect solution. The greatest benefit she provides with everything she does is more time put back in my schedule! ### 2. They also have the systems and processes in place to support the implementation through to go-live. **What do you dislike about Alliance Solutions Group?** I think they could share more best practices and do more to help their customers identify which ones are most relevant for them. **Recommendations to others considering Alliance Solutions Group:** Alliance Solutions Group is a company that provides best-in-class consulting services and works with you as a true partner to understand your business needs. **What problems is Alliance Solutions Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alliance Solutions Group helped us implement Sage Intacct and improve our company processes in the construction industry. In particular, Michelle Brenan helped us rebuild and refine some Sage Intacct functionalities, starting with the work-in-progress report for our projects, as well as the bank reconciliation process and other reconciliations. ### 3. All of the staff is knowledgeable accommodating and overall extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about Alliance Solutions Group?** The most disliked aspect of alliance solutions group is how they handle adding licenses to a sage intacct subscription. While the process seems to mostly be outside of their hands as it falls with sage on how this works. They lack the understanding and flexibility to accommodate issues that arise from this process. This being said they are great at support after issues with licenses arise. Another item that is not necessarily an issue with Alliance, but more on the customer end is, I would recommend them to push harder is the difference in accounting softwares. Initially we wanted a Sage 300 subscription/license because that is what we knew as an industry standard, but after getting into the initial setup of the system we realized it was an outdated and non-user friendly system. After our initial dismay Alliance was helpful in showing us another offered product of Sage Intacct. I would recommend Alliance to push this hard, not out of the higher cost, and assumed increased revenue to Alliance, but to ensure that customers get the best value for their investment. Clearly outlining that the increased cost is vastly worth it compared to the manual non-cloud based software should be of the utmost importance. **Recommendations to others considering Alliance Solutions Group:** Alliance offers different support package tiers for a monthly cost. These are 100% worth the investment. The support with the system is excellent and second to none. **What problems is Alliance Solutions Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Alliance Solutions Group is excellent at solving our accounting software support and management of our active Sage Intacct accounting system. Their support ticket portal is phenomenal for response time and depth of support. ### 4. They have been pretty quick to respond when we need to ask them something, and they are always sending helpful information. They've also helped in setting up and supporting our Sage Intacct instance, which essentially serves as the accounting system for our firm. This support has streamlined a little bit of the accounting processes. Overall, I would rate my likelihood to recommend Alliance Solutions Group to a colleague as 10. **What do you dislike about Alliance Solutions Group?** I feel that there could be more clarity upfront about how their support subscription works, especially since we downgraded because we weren't really needing that much support. It would be beneficial for smaller companies to understand this from the beginning. **What problems is Alliance Solutions Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** We find Alliance Solutions Group helps by setting up and supporting our Sage Intacct accounting system, streamlining our accounting processes.
