**What do you like best about StartOffRight?**

StartOffRight offers rich information on the specific aspects of new employees’ onboarding process.  These ideas assist me to know where I need to make some changes and ensure that the onboarding process suits the new employee.

**What do you dislike about StartOffRight?**

It is not very helpful that feedback questionnaires cannot be adjusted for particular departments or positions.  There would have been more ways to make the onboarding process as unique as the new hire if there were more options to choose from.

**What problems is StartOffRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StartOffRight solves a very important problem of how to facilitate the process of onboarding new employees.  The feedback questionnaires reveal the kind of changes needed within the onboarding process to foster higher productivity and a more engaged team.
