**Describe the project or task Star helped with:**

Star is used to view all of the customers we have. It has really kept track of everything for us.

**What do you like best about Star?**

I love that you don't have to use a mouse with this system. You can type in commands with the keyboard instead. All of our functions are found within one area instead of multiple.

**What do you dislike about Star?**

The only thing rather I truly dislike is how old the program looks compared with the other programs that are used. Also, you could add in a place to link it to other programs.

**Recommendations to others considering Star:**

Really test out the product before going along.

**What problems is Star solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Star keeps everyone up to date on the customers. It is cost efficient and doesn't break the bank. It help business run smoother throughout the days. This has increased employee performance.
