Thoughtbot team is excellent at their craft, and also a perfect way for product management, bug resolution, and management etc. **What do you dislike about thoughtbot?** There is nothing that my team dislikef about thoughtbot software. Our company got value for money, infact the more than we paid for. **What problems is thoughtbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The thoughtbot software is the highly skilled, experienced and welcoming tool. The best about the same is, it took the time to understand a specific brand, the current position as well as the goals and objectives set by a person or a team. ### 2. I like that they took the time to understand our brand, our current position as well as our goals and objectives. They assigned us a dedicated team that worked with us closedly making sure we were involved from the start. **What do you dislike about thoughtbot?** There is nothing that i dislike about thoughtbot and in my honest view i feel like we got value for money. Actually more than we paid for. **Recommendations to others considering thoughtbot:** Sharing with them helps to make things flow smoothly and avoids starting work then half way through realize it does not align with your goals. **What problems is thoughtbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thoughtbot overhauled our website improving not only the look and feel but also brought it up to speed with current trends in technology anfd functionalities. They had it up and running quickly and even went the extra mile to suggest and add features to improve the user experience. ### 3. Not only are they excellent at their craft, but they taught my entire team best practices in product management, bug bashing, managing burnout of engineers, and more. **What do you dislike about thoughtbot?** They are of course expensive, but truly worth every penny if you're able to afford it, especially if you don't have any existing technical talent or leadership and need a team who can self-manage and you don't need to worry about whether they are handling your product with the true care it deserves -- I never had to worry about that with Thoughtbot. **Recommendations to others considering thoughtbot:** If you want a devshop to build something exactly to your specifications, Thoughtbot gets the job done, but if you want a devshop who is willing to intellectually spar with you, challenge your assumptions, and build you something better than you imagined -- go with Thoughtbot. **What problems is thoughtbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were building the MVP of our software solution for doctors, and needed a brilliant devshop to build the foundation of our product as we slowly hired our own internal team. ### 4. As a non-technical team, we really appreciate their patience and ability to bring us along in our understanding of the work while being friendly and personable. **What do you dislike about thoughtbot?** Honestly, we've found all of our interactions with thoughtbot to be handled well, with transparent and honest communication along the way. **Recommendations to others considering thoughtbot:** I would recommend thoughtbot for any work on building a website using the iterative approach! The majority of our work with thoughtbot was done in-person out of their Boston office, but now they are a fully virtual business. **What problems is thoughtbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** thoughtbot created a website for us and has entered into a steeply discounted maintenance contract with us because they sincerely believe in our mission. Their willingness to provide mission-driven work benefits us as a non-profit on a tight budget and provides us great expertise from a team we trust. ### 5. One of their developers stayed on our site, which helped us finish before deadline and within our budget. **What do you like best about thoughtbot?** What I noticed most about the thoughbot team was the wonderful approach they took to building our product. They were extremely disciplined about the whole thing, and they had top-notch coding and project management skills. **What do you dislike about thoughtbot?** The team was very small.
