## About Staffviz
StaffViz is a workforce management and employee monitoring software designed primarily for remote and hybrid teams. Its core purpose is to help businesses track employee activity, improve productivity, and gain data-driven insights into how work is being done. In simple terms, it's a tool that runs on an employee's computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux) and collects data on their computer usage, which is then presented to managers and business owners through a web-based dashboard.

**What do you like best about Staffviz?**

I appreciate how easy it is to use Staffviz with its live dashboard that helps me see which projects started on time, who is working on which tasks, who is stuck, and who is on break. It's very reliable. For teams that often work remotely or in the field, Staffviz tracks their progress and logs it internally even when they are offline, and I see the reports immediately once they come online or connect to a Wi-Fi or GPS signal. It keeps my team synched whether they're working in the field, from home, or in another country, and provides an overview of projects in the pipeline while scheduling tasks in minutes. The initial setup is quick, and you can be up and running in 30 minutes. Staffviz offers much more than just time tracking, which is why we switched from Hubstaff. I would definitely recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Staffviz?**

It's a great product and should be developed into a full-scale ERP solution.

**What problems is Staffviz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staffviz gives me visibility on team management and project progress. It tracks progress, even offline, and updates as soon as they reconnect, ensuring alignment and quick task scheduling.
