I use Stackby to manage workflows that need both structure and flexibility. It helps me track product tasks, integrations, and checklists in one place. I like how it combines spreadsheet simplicity with database-like features, making it easy to stay organized and collaborate. What I like most about Stackby is its flexibility. It works like a spreadsheet but with database-level capabilities. The ability to create different views and customize workflows makes it very easy to manage complex product and ops use cases. These features help me adapt the same data for different use cases - for example, I can view tasks in a grid for tracking, Kanban for progress, and calendar for timelines. Custom workflows let me structure PRDs, integrations, and ops trackers as per my needs, which reduces manual effort and improves team visibility. It was really easy and smooth, no hassle there. Folks were there to support and ensure setup is easy. Along with Slack and Google Sheets, Slack helps with team communication, while Stackby acts as the central tracker, reducing dependency on multiple sheets and manual updates. Sometimes performance slows down when working with large datasets or multiple views. Also, the UI can feel slightly cluttered for new users. Collaboration features can be improved further, around real-time updates and notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
