We have integrated Basware software for invoice processing and it is working well. I have also used Atlas Movex ERP, a legacy system, but Iscala is much better than that. It does not need installation if you are switching to a different computer or laptop, because I access it through the remote desktop connection in our company, so I don't call IT support for these kinds of things. **What do you dislike about Epicor iScala?** Downloading accounting reports is easy but it is difficult to read the data in Excel where we need to visualize data for the business. So I need to spend additional time to bring in the Row/Column format for further workings. **What problems is Epicor iScala solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using this ERP to book the invoices seamlessly. I save a lot of time in booking the invoice as I can enter details so fast. New users can improve themselves within a short span of time. So easily they will adapt to the system too. Since we don't find any lacking issues despite using it through remote desktop (RDP) Connection, the ERP is fast and we can enter the details as fast as possible. ### 2. Web version is not available. - Payslip option is not available. - Whenever salary has to be processed, whole users have to be be logged out. - Basic reports and customized reports option is missing **Recommendations to others considering Epicor iScala:** It should be on cloud and integrated with ms. Based on the ID of the Assets, I can calculate every month by refreshing the pivot tables I have created with iScala, the total costs. ### 11.
