What do you like best about SpotSearch?

The best feature I loved about our SpotSearch enhances the website with powerful suggestions. It integrates seamlessly with existing indexing systems such as ElasticSearch and more. What do you dislike about SpotSearch?

What problems is SpotSearch solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides dynamic AI-powered analytics that helps our organization understand our customer behavior based on what they are searching for and the relation between their searches. What do you like best about SpotSearch?

What do you like best about SpotSearch?

I like two things the most: 1. It's 'Select and Search' feature, the user literally has to make no effort, and it works seamlessly to give relevant results. 2. I can promote searches based on my marketing strategy rather than focusing on specific keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotSearch?

SpotSearch claims to be multilingual, but some slang cannot be translated literally, so I think it is one of the downsides. Apart from that, I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
