**What do you like best about Spotler SendPro?**

When I called in for support regarding mail flow from a third party that uses Flowmailer's services, the support agent was able to help me way better than the third party's support.
I felt like the employee understood my issue and that they were able to offer me the exact information that I needed at the time. Truly a skilled support desk!

**What do you dislike about Spotler SendPro?**

At this moment in time i don't have any complaints regarding Flowmailer.

**What problems is Spotler SendPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mail flow issues are being solved. This means that I'm receiving e-mails rather than missing them.

**What do you like best about Spotler SendPro?**

Flowmailer is much more than a template engine, their concept of "flows" make it super easy to add things like archiving, subject rewrite and tracking to an existing model.

**What do you dislike about Spotler SendPro?**

Sometimes, during development, I would have liked more detailed error messages. Their (excellent) support department was able to expand "Internal error" but had it been visible to me somehow, it would have helped.

**Recommendations to others considering Spotler SendPro:**

Start a trial and don't hesitate to ask them if you are missing things, they are really helpful.
Also worth mentioning, they will not spam you to death just because you start a trial.

**What problems is Spotler SendPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our customers in the EU have had a problem with us using transactional email providers owned by US companies (due to GDPR+Schrems II). Flowmailer will take away that problem for us.
