It provides a REST API and SMTP relay for sending order confirmations, password resets, account notifications, and other triggered emails at scale. The platform is hosted and operated entirely within the EU, by Spotler, a company headquartered in the Netherlands, making it a natural fit for organisations subject to GDPR and the data residency requirements that followed the Schrems II ruling. SendPro handles deliverability infrastructure, sender reputation management, and bounce processing out of the box, so development teams spend their time on product work rather than email operations. We exploring the full potential at the moment **What problems is Spotler SendPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We rely on partners like Spotler to provide added value through their specialized knowledge of email marketing. I felt like the employee understood my issue and that they were able to offer me the exact information that I needed at the time. Truly a skilled support desk! **What do you dislike about Spotler SendPro?** At this moment in time i don't have any complaints regarding Flowmailer. **What problems is Spotler SendPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mail flow issues are being solved. This means that I'm receiving e-mails rather than missing them. ### 3. Their (excellent) support department was able to expand "Internal error" but had it been visible to me somehow, it would have helped. **Recommendations to others considering Spotler SendPro:** Start a trial and don't hesitate to ask them if you are missing things, they are really helpful. Also worth mentioning, they will not spam you to death just because you start a trial. **What problems is Spotler SendPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many of our customers in the EU have had a problem with us using transactional email providers owned by US companies (due to GDPR+Schrems II).
