As transactional email infrastructure, it manages the technical layer behind high-volume automated sending, including sending reputation, email authentication and deliverability monitoring, so internal teams do not need to run their own mail servers or build this infrastructure themselves. SendPro is used mainly by software developers and IT teams integrating email sending into an existing application, and by marketing or ecommerce operations staff managing transactional email as part of a customer journey, rather than by teams sending bulk marketing newsletters. Messages can be sent through a REST email API or a standard SMTP relay, and both integration methods route through the same sending infrastructure, templates, tracking and message archive, so an existing system can switch email providers with minimal code changes, or a new application can integrate directly. SendPro is built and hosted in Europe, meaning message content, recipient data and event logs are processed within the EU, which is relevant for organisations with GDPR-related data residency and data processing requirements. I felt like the employee understood my issue and that they were able to offer me the exact information that I needed at the time. Truly a skilled support desk! **What do you dislike about Spotler SendPro?** At this moment in time i don't have any complaints regarding Flowmailer. **What problems is Spotler SendPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mail flow issues are being solved. This means that I'm receiving e-mails rather than missing them. ### 3. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate. **Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2022 **What do you like best about Spotler SendPro?** Flowmailer is much more than a template engine, their concept of "flows" make it super easy to add things like archiving, subject rewrite and tracking to an existing model. **What do you dislike about Spotler SendPro?** Sometimes, during development, I would have liked more detailed error messages. Their (excellent) support department was able to expand "Internal error" but had it been visible to me somehow, it would have helped. **Recommendations to others considering Spotler SendPro:** Start a trial and don't hesitate to ask them if you are missing things, they are really helpful. Also worth mentioning, they will not spam you to death just because you start a trial. **What problems is Spotler SendPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Many of our customers in the EU have had a problem with us using transactional email providers owned by US companies (due to GDPR+Schrems II).
