I use Spotler CRM to manage customer relationships and organize leads and sales activities, and I appreciate how it automates communication workflows in a more structured and efficient way. It solves the problem of scattered customer information communication issues and inefficiencies in communication management. I like the powerful email marketing and automation features, which help me create email campaigns, schedule follow-up sequences, and personalize outreach. The initial setup was easy too.

I really like Spotler CRM for its robust marketing automation capabilities, which streamline processes like email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign management, saving time and increasing efficiency. **What do you like best about Spotler CRM?**

What I appreciate most about Spotler CRM is its simplicity and user-friendly design, which stands out compared to many other CRMs available. The interface is clean, intuitive, and straightforward to navigate, making it easy to onboard new team members without any hassle. Even those who aren't particularly tech-savvy can easily manage contacts, track deals, and update records without getting confused.

Another major advantage is how seamlessly it integrates with Spotler’s marketing automation tools. Having both CRM and email marketing within a single ecosystem saves significant time. You can set up campaigns, automate follow-ups, and monitor engagement directly from the CRM, which greatly enhances lead nurturing and sales conversion. This is particularly beneficial for small and medium-sized businesses seeking to align their sales and marketing efforts without the need for multiple separate tools.

The pipeline management feature is also noteworthy—it's visual, customizable, and simple to update. It provides a clear overview of every opportunity, ensuring that no follow-up is overlooked. While Spotler CRM features a clean interface and strong marketing integration, there are several areas where it could be enhanced. One notable limitation is the absence or restriction of some advanced features that are available in larger CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce. For businesses that need extensive customization, complex automation, or in-depth reporting, Spotler CRM might come across as somewhat basic. The reporting tools are effective for standard requirements, but the addition of more detailed analytics, customizable dashboards, and advanced metrics would significantly increase its capabilities.

The mobile experience is another aspect that could use improvement. Although the CRM can be accessed via mobile browsers, a dedicated app with improved navigation and offline access would greatly benefit sales teams who are frequently on the move. Integration options outside the Spotler ecosystem are also somewhat limited, so companies that depend on a variety of third-party tools may find themselves needing additional workarounds.

Furthermore, while the interface is straightforward, some menus and settings lack flexibility. Editing fields or customizing modules can sometimes feel restrictive compared to more advanced platforms. Lastly, although onboarding resources have been getting better, they could still be more comprehensive, particularly for teams new to using a CRM.

Spotler CRM addresses several common challenges that businesses encounter when managing leads, customers, and communications. One of the main difficulties is keeping track of contacts, follow-ups, and sales opportunities. Spotler CRM consolidates all this information into a single, organized system, removing the confusion caused by scattered spreadsheets, disjointed notes, and forgotten reminders. This allows me to stay on top of every lead and ensures that no potential deals are overlooked.

Another significant issue it resolves is the lack of coordination between sales and marketing teams. Because Spotler CRM is closely integrated with Spotler’s email marketing tools, I can manage campaigns, monitor engagement, and nurture leads all within the same platform. This integration makes my follow-ups more targeted and helps increase conversion rates, as I can easily track how prospects are interacting with emails and content.

The platform also improves workflow efficiency by automating routine tasks like reminders, lead assignments, and follow-ups. This automation saves time and lets me focus on more meaningful conversations instead of repetitive manual work.

Furthermore, the visual pipeline feature gives me a clear overview of where each deal stands and what actions are needed next. In summary, Spotler CRM streamlines daily operations, enhances communication, and boosts productivity by keeping everything organized and automated in one user-friendly platform.

**What do you like best about Spotler CRM?**

Simple to use on any device including my laptop, iPad or iPhone and a an excellent web based solution with pricing based on a SaaS annual billing basis per user and by module, if required.

All my separate Excel worksheets brought together on a single common CRM database, also rolled it out to a number of clients who also get all the same benefits of the Really Simple System CRM application

**What do you dislike about Spotler CRM?**

As with all software applications there are some things that are not perfect such as the new beta data import capabilities, but the support is excellent helping me from data import, accidental deletion of one of marketing campaigns, so any identified problems are quickly dealt with or new functionality goes into the product road-map.

**Recommendations to others considering Spotler CRM:**

It is a simple CRM system and one that can be effectively rolled-out and implemented in a very short timescale giving an immediate return on investment making it a key business resource for myself and clients that also use the system

**What problems is Spotler CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Centralised CRM data resource accessible on any device that I need to use depending on my location and environment.
2. Integrated marketing module gives an excellent dashboard view of my email campaigns as well included reports and simple dashboard widgets to give me very useful data views.
3. Simple and easy to use as its name suggests.
4. All my disparate data over the last 20 years brought into a single application backed up with CRM tasks, opportunity management, sales pipeline view and the ability to manage everything I need in 1 single place.

**What do you like best about Spotler CRM?**

Homepage widgets easy to create and move around. Sales funnel easy to keep on top of. I loved the outstanding tasks and overdue tasks function and could really keep on top of these.

**What do you dislike about Spotler CRM?**

Only gripe I had was a bug I spotted which I couldn't replicate which was putting the wrong notes into the wrong accounts but sadly I never reply to them as didn't take any screenshots to send to their support team. This bug only appeared after recent update in 2021. 

Support team was not easily available when calling and couldn't find any live chat function as far as I was aware.

**What problems is Spotler CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily manage incoming sales leads and creating a workflow to manage these to closure.

**What do you like best about Spotler CRM?**

I like the ability to add a substantial amount of information to each record. Everything from contact information to notes. The tasks help keep me on track and assigning responsible parties help a lot with my organization. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of searching the database for a past record.

**What do you dislike about Spotler CRM?**

I wish there was an option to have a "history" or other way of tracking specific transactions. Not just tasks or activates, but things that I mark as being of particular importance so I don't have to search through a long list to find the information that I need.

**What problems is Spotler CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I represent a non-profit and we use it to track potential and current grant funders. RSS allows me to rate the possibility of funding, track deadlines, and record proposals. It is extremely helpful!

**What do you like best about Spotler CRM?**

We have adapted the CRM system to meet our team's needs, the RSS support team has been brilliant in helping us with this. We always get a friendly and timely response.

The facility to track an opportunity, link it to a campaign and progress it to a sale has been invaluable as a sales tool.  This has enabled us to evaluate our campaigns and work on improving them. 

The reporting enables management to have visibility of the hard work the sales team are putting in.  We can establish our best sales methods, for example outgoing calls versus email success rate to ensure we are using the sales teams time to the most benefit to the company. 

We have also used the the win/loss reports to enable us to develop products to met market needs. Identifying why we have lost an opportunity has helped us identify and prioritise any product development required. It has also helped us review our pricing strategy.

**What do you dislike about Spotler CRM?**

We have struggled with the marketing module and found the new release not as flexible as the original. As we have an existing branding style we did struggle to transition to the RSS marketing tool, with RSS support's help we managed it with HTML. However the new release of the marketing module has removed the functionality we were using. We are working through the issues we have, however more warning on the fundamental changes to our marketing emails would have been appreciated. We offered to be part of the testing during the development of the module, but this didn't come to fruition, in hindsight it would have been really help for us if we could have had some insight in to what was being developed.

As a manager using the reporting tool, the data is only as good as what the team enter. We have had teething problems in ensuring all the team are reporting opportunities correctly. We have developed our own 'CRM Bible' as a training tool. For future development, it would be great if we could add our own specific IAG on screen, to be managed by the adminstrator.  This would help ensure all users are inputting the correct data. 

On the reporting tool, it is sometimes frustrating that you have to download the report in order to manipulate the data, it would be useful if the onscreen report results could be simply ordered by columns or filtered (rather than fiddling with the report set up each time, or downloading to excel).

**Recommendations to others considering Spotler CRM:**

RSS is an excellent company to work with; they are helpful and responsive to your company's needs. The sales process was a pleasure, not pushy! We have had no regrets about choosing RSS for our CRM. As a regular user my self I have recommended RSS to friends who have been exploring CRM systems for their businesses.

**What problems is Spotler CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The CRM has been a great benefit to the sales team for keeping track of leads. As a manager, the reporting tool is vital to my role. Being able to track sales right back to the marketing email has helped us monitor successful and unsuccessful campaigns and develop our marketing emails as a result. The ability to target particular prospects has also increased our success rate. 

The task reminders have made working life a lot more organised and time efficient for the team. The notes logging functionality have been helpful when members of the team have changed over.  This has also been used by our account managers to develop existing client relationships.

I found it very easy to set up. I was up and running right away. Very refreshing differentiating feature from a lot of the full CRM systems out there!

**What do you dislike about Spotler CRM?**

The inability to send mass emails was disappointing but I love how it looks at my emails and sees who I’m emailing at least.

**Recommendations to others considering Spotler CRM:**

If you’re looking to track accounts, contacts, tasks, sales in a quick, easy way, then this system fits the Bill!

**What problems is Spotler CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love being able to track client-related tasks through it. I can track from first contact through to a sale and commission paid on it. A huge time saver!

**What do you like best about Spotler CRM?**

I like the fact that it is easy to use and understand. Life is complicated enough without tools that think they have to be smarter than you are and tie you up in knots! The different packages depending on your requirements is a good option too and it's easy to change from one to another if you need to.

**What do you dislike about Spotler CRM?**

That's a tough one as we've never had any problems in the several years we've been using Really Simple Systems. Maybe they could send out a few less emails. The information is useful, but they do seem to be quite frequent!

**What problems is Spotler CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is organisation. It allows us to keep an extensive list of contacts and their contact details so we don't have to go hunting for them. We can also keep a detailed record of conversations and activity so that myself and my business partner know exactly where we are with each client from day to day - just in case we were out of action for any reason or maybe away for a day or so.

**What problems is Spotler CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Really Simple CRM to keep track of leads and the sales process for a project.  I did not want to use SalesForce, what Corp. uses, because it would have been too complex, and have taken too long.
