SpiniX replaces outdated stamp cards and expensive loyalty apps with a simple, gamified system that works from day one. Here's how it works: you place a QR code at your tables. Guests scan it, spin a digital prize wheel, and win an instant reward like a free coffee or discount. Their prize is delivered via email and Apple Wallet with an expiration date, creating urgency to return. Behind the scenes, SpiniX automatically sends timed reminder emails based on the forgetting curve, prompting guests to redeem their prize and leave a Google review before they forget about your restaurant. No app download required. No hardware. Setup takes 15 minutes. Results from 40+ businesses across 8 countries: 33% Google review rate (vs 2% industry average), 46% email capture rate, and 21% return visit rate within 14 days. Available features include customizable prize wheels with adjustable win probabilities, automated email sequences, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration, real-time analytics dashboard, multi-language support, and NFC compatibility. Plans start at $29.99/month for a single location.
