I like that even though Spektr is a new company, there's a clear understanding of the underlying AML processes. The team is swift to reply and configure new or amended features based on feedback and suggestions, which makes it easier to use the product in reality. It's not a one-size-fits-all tool and allows for custom configurations, like implementing a CPR check for customer verification necessary for Danish requirements. As it is a fairly new company there is an element of learning by doing, meaning that the user manual is not razor sharp. This may lead to some errors as the customers are not as familiar with the system as the developers within spektr. What stands out to me about Spektr is how easy it is to get started. Building and customizing landing pages is straightforward and fun! Yourself you can quickly arrange the fields you need and integrate them with different APIs or providers.

I use Spektr for onboarding individuals and corporate customers, along with customer screening. I appreciate that Spektr is an easy-to-use compliance system, especially for a non-tech FinCrime Specialist like myself. It's great to have a dedicated team ready to support when needed. Spektr solves the usual problems with vendor solutions by allowing users to make most decisions themselves within system limitations. I like that Spektr makes it easy to create, refine, test, deploy, and fine-tune 'on the go' without waiting for prioritization or risking miscommunication between FinCrime and tech lingo. Apart from being an absolute pleasure to work with (they are a great bunch of people), the solution they have built is intuitive and easy to get started with. It has been easy to get started on the different processes and any features that have made sense to add along the way, have been frictionless to add. What I like most about Spektr is that it’s truly a plug-and-play solution. It reminds me of a more sophisticated version of Miro Flow . You can easily customize every landing page, drag and drop the fields you need, and seamlessly connect them to the relevant APIs or providers. The platform feels intuitive and well thought out.
