The biggest challenge initially was adapting to a new way of working. As with any new platform, there was a learning curve and some change management required for the team to move away from established processes. However, once we became familiar with the platform and its capabilities, the benefits became very clear. What felt different at first is now something we appreciate, as the new approach is more efficient, streamlined, and user-friendly than our previous way of working.
