Across the main cloud SaaS backup vendors, core functionality is generally much of a muchness with nothing major to set them apart but I love Spanning's deep integrations with Unitrends Backup & Recovery, ID Agent and Graphus.

Why wouldn't a sys admin select a vendor who can bring time saving central single console management for not only cloud SaaS backup & recovery but also on-prem and cloud backup and recover as well as front end data protection from phishing and impersonation attacks. Fully integrated and extremely easy to manage.

From a business perspective, they tick a number of securty and compliance boxes and is cost effective.
