Kaseya ruined this. The way licenses are modified was supposed to be better but it does not let you update it right in the moment where I found myself needing to come back to it to update the license whenever the system decided to recognized that users were removed. What I appreciate most about Spanning Backup is that it’s a reliable “set it and forget it” solution. I reduced our footprint and was happy to continue using Spanning O365 Backup. It is reliable and easy to manage. The daily backup review page is nice to see successes and failures for each assigned account. I would prefer an option to choose a single .PST file if my ISP bandwidth will allow for backing up user email upon exit such as terminations or resignations.
