I have been using the Spanning Backup to backup our company Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) accounts for the past 7 years now. They have always been available when some file was accidentally deleted from the google drive or mail and people noticed it after more than 30 days and it was no longer in the trash.

Also some documents when deleted are not moved on the personal trash, because the property was of other company users, even if created for use by our company. The only way to restore them was by Spanning backup Restore, because previously set to backup the "Shared with me" documents. Very useful feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the last year I've had some problems with the stability of the daily backups , due to technical changes, but the Spanning backup Help Desk has always been available and helped solve all the problems so that I always have backup when I need it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to setup, monitor and run restores. We were running Veeam O365 backup, but we had to maintain an Azure VM and Azure storage. Between the Veeam licenses and the Azure costs Spanning was less and easier to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was concerning moving from our on-premise Exchange environment where we had control over the data and the backups. Giving up that control created some anxiety around data loss, retention and DR but the Spanning solution was just the insurance we needed to dramatically reduce those concerns.
