**What do you like best about Spade?**

easy to implement and integrate with other apps, it helps us to audit calls easily and provide feedback on spot to employees on their calls.

**What do you dislike about Spade?**

Sometimes the software lags on certain pages or while playing a call recording

helping us to identify incorrect information being provided on calls by contact center employees and provide feedback for improvement on the same.
