What problems is Sortd for Gmail solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of emails, including those I have to respond to later, or leads and inquiries has been the key problem I've solved. Kanban view allows me to put them onto the day planner view, to respond to the next day, set reminders to respond, and set follow ups with inquiries. It is a GAME CHANGER. I also use the Kanban view to move emails and tasks from my backlog through to done-done.
Having a task feature embedded within the boards is also a significant help in my daily work.
Also the sharing of incoming emails to the team has been completely solved with Sortd -- an example is our info@ emails. Those come into a specific user, and we share them on our team board. The person most aligned responds to the email directly. No more forwarding, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
