Our team only needs to share a link to the job posting, and within hours, we receive comprehensive and accurate resumes and interview evaluations to make faster decisions on. **What do you dislike about SorsX?** The AI Sourcing feature is only available when you go to specific jobs. It would be great to have this feature available separately in the UI. **What problems is SorsX solving and how is that benefiting you?** SorsX saves a lot of time for our team by accurately and efficiently automating tasks that used to take days. Now we get tasks like resume gathering, evaluation, and video interviews done within a few hours. Our team can now review each candidate's recorded interview and make faster and more accurate decisions. ### 2. Having tools to help train and guide new hires after they’re hired would make the platform even stronger. **What problems is SorsX solving and how is that benefiting you?** SorsX solves the biggest hiring problems at Hungry Howie’s—no-shows, slow scheduling, and wasted manager time.
