**What do you like best about SorsX?**

The candidate funnel management is great. Our team only needs to share a link to the job posting, and within hours, we receive comprehensive and accurate resumes and interview evaluations to make faster decisions on.

**What do you dislike about SorsX?**

The AI Sourcing feature is only available when you go to specific jobs. It would be great to have this feature available separately in the UI.

**What problems is SorsX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SorsX saves a lot of time for our team by accurately and efficiently automating tasks that used to take days. Now we get tasks like resume gathering, evaluation, and video interviews done within a few hours. Our team can now review each candidate's recorded interview and make faster and more accurate decisions.

**What do you like best about SorsX?**

What I like most is that I no longer have to chase candidates or ask when they can come in. The entire scheduling and interview process is automated, which saves a huge amount of time and frustration.

**What do you dislike about SorsX?**

The only thing I would like to see added is onboarding functionality. Having tools to help train and guide new hires after they’re hired would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is SorsX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SorsX solves the biggest hiring problems at Hungry Howie’s—no-shows, slow scheduling, and wasted manager time. By automating interviews and screening, it keeps our stores staffed, reduces stress on managers, and lets us focus on operations instead of chasing applicants.

**What do you like best about SorsX?**

SorsX makes it much easier to source qualified candidates.  You can input candidate qualifications, interview questions and answers and AI will provide the best candidates that match your candidate needs. The SorsX team is great to work with and the value for the cost is also reasonable.

**What do you dislike about SorsX?**

I wish you could post jobs right from SorsX.

**What problems is SorsX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us source better candidates for our job posting and more quickly with less human effort.
