Excellent dashboard that includes all important metrics that I want to see: total engagement, total emails delivered, total clicks, total responses, total meetings. The dashboard has extra metrics like duration, total page view, unique visitors, etc. Very powerful dashboard, I can make decision by looking at their dashboard, I don't have to download data and create my own dashboard. It has metric performance for every email template I put on. I can see the date that I created the template, the copy of the template, open rate, click rate of the email template, etc. Which allowed me to sort out the best performance template. In HubSpot, it shows you the performance of only email you use in the sequence. In Sopro, they show you the performance of every emails as long as you used that email at least one time in the sequence. Sopro provides you both the platform for email automation, but they also draft the emails for you. Price increased so it's pretty expensive. The latest price I know was £3 per email. Very late response from customer support team.
