What i like most is how easily we can model complex real-world scenarios like workforce scheduling and resource allocation without needing deep expertise. It has genuinely reduced the time we spend on planning tasks. **What do you dislike about Solvice?** Tha only drawback i have noticed is that the initial setup requires a bit of learning, especially if you are not familiar with constraint based optimization. **What problems is Solvice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solvice is helping us optimize allocation, workforce scheduling and operational planning. Earlier these decisions took hours and often included manual errors. Now we generate optimized schedules in minutes, reduced operational costs and utilize our team more efficiently. ### 2.
