Before, we used to go crazy jumping from spreadsheet to spreadsheet and dealing with systems that constantly crashed. The turning point to professionalize our HR was amazingly good. The platform is super stable, runs smoothly on a daily basis, and the interface is straightforward, without complications. Moreover, their onboarding process and support did an excellent job helping us run the payroll and tie up loose ends with what we were already using. **What do you dislike about Sólides RH?** As a point of improvement, I think the platform could allow a bit more freedom in customizing the interface to make the screens more aligned with our company's visual identity and colors. It doesn't affect the technical delivery or the usability of the routines at all, but aesthetically it would be a really nice plus for our internal portal. **What problems is Sólides RH solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were coming from a bad experience with previous tools that crashed and had little stability in daily use. Being a software with many of these tools, we no longer need to rely on 5 or more software. Everything is done within Sólides: time tracking, payroll, performance evaluation, onboarding, IDP, and even Intranet. **What do you dislike about Sólides RH?** At Sólides, I can't customize the site to reflect our company's image, which ends up limiting some customization options. **What problems is Sólides RH solving and how is that benefiting you?** First, we used to pay a lot for different tools. Now, because everything is in a single tool, we got a very good discount from them. Another point is the quality of the product. With some other tools, the server would crash a lot, especially on payroll closing days. With Sólides, this no longer happens. The platform works very well even if the company needs to manage hundreds of employees within it. It also allows us to cross-reference all the information with other HR modules. The unified login allows integration between menus and functionalities. I can also identify possible imbalances in the team's workload from the time bank and overtime reports. Additionally, the product has undergone improvements in the area of work leave registration, and today I have much more security in the formalization of medical certificates, ensuring that everything is done in accordance with the law and the company's guidelines. Additionally, if you need to customize something, then you might have some difficulties.
