**What do you like best about Solana?**

When it works, it is one of the fastest blockchains in existence. Speeds are comparable to NEO, GAS, and ONT. Solana is also widely available across multiple exchanges.

**What do you dislike about Solana?**

You never know when it will be down for one reason or another. If you try to use it while it is offline, you could end up waiting hours or even days. There is no other major blockchain that compares to Solana in terms of amount of downtime.

**What problems is Solana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an extremely quick way to move money from one exchange to another. I might need to do that if one exchange has a coin that I want to purchase, and my main exchange does not have it available. It is also useful to sending to third parties with great speed.

**What do you like best about Solana?**

I like that it can be accessed on a computer, phone or tablet. 

**What do you dislike about Solana?**

It sometimes can crash once most of my coworkers were logged in. We usually approve time on the same day and once most of the program managers logged on, it would crash frequently.

**Recommendations to others considering Solana:**

 My recommendation would be to be patient with the system. It becomes easier as you learn more. 

**What problems is Solana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company I worked work used it to approve time and as a time clock.
