For example, there is details on attendance and absence. This software is not just limited to attendance, but also allows to track a project progress. **What do you dislike about Softworks?** So far, so good. There is nothing I can find to dislike about this software. It has everything from scheduling and attendance to project tracking, HR Management, Leave Management, Expense Management, Employee Self Service, and more. **Recommendations to others considering Softworks:** I recommend you use softworks if you am trying to be able to track you or your employer’s productivity level. It also allows you to become better with time management, since it is had time tracking and project tracking included amongst other features to boost productivity. **What problems is Softworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** As of now, I am using softworks to record my work time flow: time of start and times I take breaks and clock out. The support that softworks offer is fantastic, they are quick to resolve your query with follow up contact. **What problems is Softworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall the system is useful but at times i can deal with a few issues and have to contact support more than once a week. Support are great and resourceful but at times can be left waiting for a reply to a problem and I will have to chase for a solution Manual is not very descriptive in learning how to complete a feature. ### 8. What i like about Softworks is the fact that its designed with the powerful features that comes with the software to enable an employer to get real time reports on absenteeism, number of days and hours attended, overtime worked, employee shift scheduling and holiday and leave management. Other impressive features that come with the software are; 1. Time and attendance data can be collected using various sources such as Bio metrics, smart card readers , magnetic stripes, computerized time sheets or even by use of proximity sensors . 2.
