**What do you like best about SOFTTAILOR?**

I highly value their customized approach to software development. Instead of forcing us into a rigid, off-the-shelf framework, their team took the time to deeply understand our specific workflow and delivered a flexible solution tailored to our exact business needs.

**What do you dislike about SOFTTAILOR?**

The initial discovery and requirement-gathering phase took a bit longer than we originally anticipated. While this thoroughness ultimately paid off by preventing project scope creep later on, it did delay the kickoff slightly.

**Recommendations to others considering SOFTTAILOR:**

Clearly map out your internal processes and bottlenecks before your first meeting. The more detailed you are about your current pain points, the faster their team can design the perfect custom solution for you.
