  ### 1. Supportive Team and an Easy-to-Use Ticket System

**What do you like best about TPx?**

TPx has some really great people working there. Lynn Allen and Shelonda Hawkins regularly check in with us and are always looking for ways to help with additional needs. Jermon Sanders is one of my go-to techs, and he’s consistently very helpful. The ticket system is generally easy to use, and the few times I’ve had to call in a ticket request, it’s been a good experience.

**What do you dislike about TPx?**

I don’t really love the new login process. I understand the need for MFA, but I don’t like having to use my email for it, and I especially don’t like needing to click a link in an email to log in on another tab. I keep my most-used tabs pinned in my browser, so being asked to close the current tab and then click an email link to open a new one just doesn’t work for me. I use the code from the email, but it's tiny and clearly the 'backup'.

**Recommendations to others considering TPx:**

The more that TPx manages for us, the easier everything becomes. We have our firewalls and switches managed by TPx, and I wish we also had our WAN connections managed as well. I think it would be less work on my end if TPx could help with that (they do offer those services; it just didn’t work out on our end). Also, make sure you clearly define your business hours so the TPx team can allocate the right resources to support you.

**What problems is TPx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TPx serves as our network operations center, and they resolve network issues as they come up. They also help us monitor and manage our firewalls and switches, which makes day-to-day oversight much easier.

**What do you like best about TPx?**

I really appreciate how TPx provides level support for networking, phone systems, and fax issues, which is crucial for our operations. Having an account manager who can deploy technicians to assist us is a big help. I find TPx's support hotline extremely valuable, as its dedicated team is always available to help us out, 24/7. This is especially significant for us since we operate in the healthcare industry, where we need support around the clock due to our continuous operations. Their support has been great and really helps us, especially when technical issues arise.

**What do you dislike about TPx?**

Sometimes there are issues with network upgrades not being properly placed or overlooked, leading to intermittent network issues. Also, there are times when our account manager does not reply to us, which leaves us trying to find support on our own.

**What problems is TPx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TPx for reliable networking and phone system support, with 24/7 dedicated help. Their responsive support team is especially valuable for resolving issues in our health care operations.

The standout aspect of TPx is their customer service and partnership approach. Our account manager is outstanding! Extremely responsive, proactive, and attentive to our evolving needs. They consistently ensure we have the right solutions in place and act as a true advocate for our organization. Beyond that, TPx brings a strong combination of technical expertise, reliability, and clear communication, which makes working with them easy and effective.

Like any complex IT environment, there are occasional challenges or edge cases that require additional coordination, but TPx is quick to engage, communicate, and resolve these situations effectively.

TPx provides comprehensive managed IT services that allow us to focus on our core business without worrying about day-to-day technology operations or long-term risk management. They manage our Microsoft 365 licensing and provide responsive break/fix support, ensuring our users stay productive with minimal downtime. On the infrastructure side, they oversee our corporate network, firewall, and VPN, giving us confidence in the stability and security of our environment. Additionally, their annual HIPAA gap assessments and twice-yearly penetration and vulnerability testing provide critical insight into our security posture, helping us proactively address risks and maintain compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

**What do you like best about TPx?**

I really appreciate the good service TPx provides when there's an issue. Their turnaround time is very short, which is really important to me. They've saved us $22,000 in two years, which is phenomenal. I am also impressed with how quickly they resolve connectivity and computer hardware issues, including Microsoft issues. I'll give them a 10 out of 10 when recommending TPx to a colleague.

**What do you dislike about TPx?**

I don't like doing the hardware swap outs anymore.

**What problems is TPx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TPx for phone, Internet, and security services. Their solutions saved us $22,000 in two years. They provide good service with a very short turnaround time when there's issues, especially for connectivity, computer, and Microsoft-related problems.

**What do you like best about TPx?**

TPx has extraordinary customer service.  Reaching out to report issues with our phone is extremely easy, their responsiveness is second to none.  Of every vendor I use they are by far the best to work with.

**What do you dislike about TPx?**

Absolutely nothing. I have never had a bad experience in 10 plus years of working with them.

**Recommendations to others considering TPx:**

CHOOSE TPx!  They will not disappoint.  In a world of service providers that are slow to respond and hard to reach, TPx is the exact opposite.

**What problems is TPx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TPx provides phone lines for our Fire and Elevator systems.  Reliable service is imperative for our safety and security.

Support lead times. When being transferred to support they can take a long time to get back to us.

TPX is a wonderful provider to work with. They can accommodate almost anything and are more than willing to work with your individual business needs.
